Breaking bad habits can be extremely challenging Yes, I Have Been there & Overcome depression and Many Bad Habits). That feeling of helplessness, numbness, overwhelmed, loneliness, embarrassment, fatigue, hopelessness, always wanting to sleep, isolation, poor eating (or not eating), and hearing others lecture me like it was that easy to just change. Yes, it got bad and I share my personal stories in details with my clients/students but I got support, I knew I couldn't do it alone. I learnt so much, I became determination, I learnt brain nutrition first, I learnt consistent efforts & ways to never fall again, I also learnt feeling your success before it actually happens. Today I am so THANKFUL from reaching those low areas in in my past, I would NOT change one thing. I am blessed..... And You Are to..... 

So what to expect? 

Few Area's from Your Future Coach Sal's List:


  1. Awareness and Understanding: Recognize the habit you want to break and understand why it's harmful or counterproductive. This self-awareness is crucial for change and what happening inside (mineral & vitamin deficiency is super vital to know as we unpeel & heal) 

  2. Set Clear Goals: Define specific and achievable goals related to breaking the habit. Having a clear target will help you stay focused and motivated.

  3. Replace with Positive Habits: Identify a positive habit that can replace the negative one. Redirecting your energy towards something beneficial can make the transition easier.

  4. Start Small: Break the habit down into smaller, manageable steps. Gradually reducing the habit's frequency can make the process less overwhelming. Certain "Substances" need to be weaned off. I learnt this the hard way with a drug called XANAX (OMG fn Brutal but beautiful experience I needed to gain leverage, wisdom and respect for not just that drug) 

  5. Create Reminders: Use visual cues or reminders to keep your goal at the forefront of your mind. This could be notes, alarms, or objects associated with your goal. Will also add a few more steps to keep your avatar mind "healthy busy" and productive! 

  6. Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself during this process. Slip-ups may happen, but it's important to get right back up, wipe it off and say "My past doesn't control my future". Learn from setbacks and keep moving forward. I will help you create POWER ANCHORS and Coach you to see and feel the patterns/signs before they become stronger.  

  7. Accountability: It's on! It's scheduled! It's Happening! Coach Sal is by your side or on the phone guiding you as needed, moving you into naturally feelings of courage and being alive (not just living). You're day is mapped out, progress is becoming your new addiction 

  8. Change/Adjust Your Environment: Modify your surroundings to minimize triggers that lead to the bad habit. Creating a supportive environment WILL definitely add to your inner powers & happiness. Socializing/vibing with others who share your "vision"  (present & future) will enhance and turbo boost your SelfLove, self-worth and overflow to all those you love (& love you, new ones or old ones). Some time we must create your "new social media outlets" to!  And remember building "walls" & "barriers" can always come with "ladders" for those who aren't ready to grow with you.  (:     

  9. Use Positive Reinforcement: Reward yourself for successfully avoiding / overcoming the PAST bad habit. This WILL create positive associations with kicking more azz as you continue to feel more "happy brain serotonin". 

  10. Mindfulness and Meditation: Practicing mindfulness and meditation can help you become more aware of your impulses and better control your responses. Though this sounds boring as shit and dumb, it's a nice piece to master. Once it's repeated daily it becomes overall easier and definitely more enjoyable. Meditation is not just monk style either, you'll be taught & coached different pathways. Especially mastering breathing skills with movements (like Tai Chi) in which you'll have the option to learn.   

  11. Track Your Progress: Will both keep a journal or use a habit-tracking app to monitor your progress. Seeing your improvements WILL be motivating. This will include fitness progress and more. 

  12. Accept & Live in Gratitude: while walking our path forward let's fully accept our small and large task competed. Let's laugh and appreciate all we can. ~CS
