Fitness & Nutrition Mastery

1. Personal Training Sessions: You'll receive 2 one-on-one personal training sessions per week (10 week program / 20 total sessions). These sessions will be tailored to your fitness goals, whether it's replacing muscle & losing fat, muscle gain, improved cardiovascular health, or overall fitness.

2. Customized Workout Plans: Will create a personalized workout plan, adjusted as your fitness levels progress. This plan will include strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility training, and core workouts. kickboxing can be added to. 

3. Nutritional Guidance: Coach Salvatore will provide meal plan ideas and dietary advice to support your fitness goals. They'll track your progress and make necessary adjustments. 4. Regular Assessments: Regular fitness assessments to track your progress and adjust your training and nutrition plans accordingly.

5. Access to State-of-the-Art Gyms: Check with Coach Sal on what gym's he trains at. Coach Sal is known to join clients gym's to give that
